This used the returnless fuel system vacuum multiplier prescaler

0 is atmosphere
This got 30lb/hr injectors @ 40psi idle pressure to idle with no LTFT.

0x2D44C, Table Type B, Hex, 0x28 -> 0x29 open loop forever

0x2D440, Type B, Hex, 0x72 -> 0x75 use adjusted TPS instead of raw TPS for open loop

0x20A3E, Type B, Hex, 0xFF -> 0x00 force all OBD2 monitors to Ready

0x2d432, Type B, Hex: 0xD0 is the WOT / Open Loop transition value
