Tokico HP springs/Blue Strut combo Review:

We all know when we get 2gnt, the stock ride height is ridiculous. Sits way too high, and when you throw wheels in the mix, the wheel gap is simply unacceptable. When I went looking for a solution for this problem, I had a few things in mind. How far I wanted to drop it, and how much did I want to spend.

Before:

After reading, and comparing drops, I decided on the HP springs and Tokico blue shock combo. Overall this offers around 1.5-1.7 inch drop, depending on how much it settles, which in turn gives a nice wheelgap, and decent drivability. The only downside is the spring rate. The front (285) and rear (160) aren't high enough for the amount of drop, but in all reality I do not notice it at all. I used the $15 Rear camber mod in the rear, and used a camber kit to fix castor, since the camber wasn't affected all too much in the front. For a decent price ($370 shipped), you can have a set combo of shocks/springs that will yield decent results.

As always, remember to have your car aligned after modifying the suspension. And be safe when underneath the car, use jackstands. Hope this review helps.
